Welcome to My Dad Rocks. Being the youngest Dad among my friends (my first daughter was born when I was 26) has made me the most “experienced” one after the many years of learning the ropes. Yes I see myself as somewhat a consultant for the all new 30 year old dads among my social circle. I thought there might be many more young dads who are looking for new ideas or just want to ramble about their experience. That was the basis on which My Dad Rocks was born. It is an honest and fresh attempt at enjoying the pleasures of fatherhood and sharing ideas on parenting!

You could be an all new dad, a working dad, a single dad or a stay home dad to enjoy this blog. All posts will be written from a dad’s point of view and if you have something to say about it, just leave a comment. Working on 4 blogs, 2 kids and 1 full time job is not easy and I will try to reply to your comments as quickly as I can. You could always drop me an email if you would need to send me a private note as well.

I have seen many “mom” blogs in the blogosphere but I haven’t really seen too many “dad” blogs. I hope that this blog will be one of the few which will be able to lead the way for other dads to follow or to just open up. Being a dad is real fun and it would be fun to share your experience too!
